The successful candidate will provide support to the Senior Team Lead in the Human Resource Department; ensuring that the department maintains efficiency and confidentiality on all matters relating to staff and management.

Some Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the coordination of Company special events and HR projects as required
  • Assist in the preparation of internal communication (memos, Quarterly Review Magazine etc.)
  • Ensure that all HR correspondence to be communicated via mail/email etc. is done in a timely manner.
  • Prepare letters for employees upon request, including job letters, Travel letters etc.
  • Promptly input employee data into the Employee Database / HRIS and ensure that all employee information is accurate.
  • Maintain and update all HR employee files (hard and soft copies) and other HR Administrative files and ensure all records are maintained on a timely basis and in accordance with approved HR filing system.
  • Assist with drafting minutes from meetings, disciplinary letters and leave utilization letters as required
  • Assist with ensuring that all HR procedures are completed upon employees’ separation from the Company
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

Qualification, Experience and Requirement:

  • Five (5) CXC / Ordinary Level passes, including Math and English.
  • Post-secondary certification in an HR related field would be an asset
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Or relevant combination of training and experience
  • A valid Police Certificate of Good Character

  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Canva and Google Workspace.
